Zengar Institute offers comprehensive support for NeurOptimal® users with on-going education and support for their businesses and so forth. But we know a primary concern of new users is how will they be supported technically? This is particularly true for those who consider themselves to be technically challenged—sometimes even knowing how to provide the right information so you can get the help you need, seems too much.
Our primary objective is to make it easy for you, so you do not have to worry about handling technical issues, ever. By a simple click on a button, you can go in for what we call a “MouseCall” any weekday from 7am-7pm EST, at your convenience, from wherever you are in the world. One of our technical staff will respond to you immediately and take care of any updates and servicing that you need. It’s that simple. We take care of your system for you, remotely. If you speak another language, you tell us that when you log in and services will be provided in your language. You do not need to know or do anything beyond making sure you have a good internet connection (not dial-up). If you cannot make it during our normal hours, a special out of hours appointment can be arranged (fees apply). Our hope for you is that we can remove the strain of worrying about technology and allow you to focus on developing your business and attending to your clients.
Our MouseCall services are provided as part of your comprehensive PASS membership (link). PASS stands for Premuium Access Support Service and offers a broad array of services geared towards helping you run your NeurOptimal® business. If you are not a PASS member you can still get a MouseCall by requesting support from customer-care, who will provide you with a link that you will use to initiate your MouseCall. Charges will apply for non-PASS members.
